How does it work?

We take the hassle out of gift giving. Choose from one of our carefully curated Love Mason boxes or add 2 or more items to your cart and create your own! Items can be delivered straight to your loved ones door.

How do I know my gift has been sent and/or received?

Depending on whether you entered your mobile number or email, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation text/email when your parcel has been shipped. You can track your order at this time with the tracking number provided in the email.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchasing.

Do you ship worldwide?

Not at this time. We are currently shipping to Australian locations only

How is it packed?

All our baby bundles are carefully packaged in our beautifully designed gift boxes, with tissue paper and a sticker, with a personalized handwritten note card.

Can I change the items in curated boxes?

We currently can not swap any items within our curated boxes. Each box has been carefully crafted, and wrapped ready to send. You can however create your own Love Mason box by adding the separate items to the your cart.

Can I order single items on their own?

Absolutely! If you purhase only 1 item, we will send the item in a our organic Love Mason bag.
