All standard parcels are sent via courier Sendle.

All express parcels are sent via Aus Post

All orders are shipped 1-2 business days of you placing your order. 

Please note, once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise.

All parcels are sent with tracking.

Incorrect Address or Returned Parcels

If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will need to pass on the postage charge to send it again. If a parcel is undeliverable to the gift recipient, we will be in touch with the person who placed the order to discuss options.
